amaar's presentation
This presentation was good, I enjoyed it a lot. The only thing that could have been improved on was that it could have been more specific with the classes that are being taken. Otherwise the presentation was really good and appealing, the animations and word art effects added a nice and genuine touch.

Document
A document is the default work area for a Microsoft office word. Text and pictures can be added to the document as well as several other functions. Documents can be saved and viewed on the same program.
Dialog Box
A dialog box is any type of shape or picture that can be adjusted according to size and color. These can also have text added to them hence the name. he text can be adjusted but must fit within the restriction of the box.
First Line Indent
Indentation is the spacing in the first sentence of a new paragraph. This can be done easily by pressing the tab button in any text related document such as word or powerpoint. The indentation space can be adjusted according to your liking.
Drag and Drop
Drag and drop is the action of clicking and holding onto a picture or animation and then dragging it onto the desired space on the work area. Once the location is set drop to actually move a previous picture or add a picture from one page to another
Graphic User Interface
This is an operation that allows users to interact with the computer through input device and displays a projection of the functions, including visual icons and visual indicators.
Font
Font is the style of text as well as the size of the text. Fonts vary in both of those components and can be adjusted to your desire, font is used in mostly Microsoft office programs but can be adjusted in any document
Cut
The Cut function is used when dealing with any text picture,etc. that has been user created. Some things are permanent such as things on a web page and cannot be cut out. Once something is cut out you can then use the paste function to add it again, unlike the copy function cut is used to remove something not only paste it.
Criteria
Criteria is a set curriculum that must be met and achieved. This could be an expectation or set of desired tasks.
Copyright
Copyright is the rights to a document or picture that have been reserved by the producer. Anything with a copyright must be written noted as the creator's property, this can also be a reference to the time it was released.
Copy
To Copy is the function that can be accessed by right click or rather a keyboard shortcut, ctrl c. The Copy function is used to mimic any picture or text or animation, then you can paste the item to once again view it.
Controls
The controls are the tools and or actions used to perform certain functions. Such as any input device that allows you to operate something else.

LAb 3 WOrD ARt
First we inserted word art and choose a style, font, and color. Then once it is created you give it a 3d as well as shadowing effect. Then we copy it and paste onto a power point and change the allignment as well as spacing. Word Art allows you to change style, color, border, spacing, as well as other 3d and shadowing,etc. functions.

Lab 2 Common Skills
1 Once you press alt. then tab a menu will appear that allows you to scroll through your other windows.
2 Microsoft word and powerpoint have the same tabs when dealing with writing and spacing. In the font section you can change the size and style. Then you can use control a to highlight all and control c to copy as well control v to paste. Then in the paragraph section you can change the columns and line spacing as well as allignment and bullets. This is all accessible in the home tab.

AutoRecover
Is used to save sopies of all microsoft excel workbooks at a fixed interval that is adjustable to your desire, this function is not used to overwrite save or save as.
AutoForm
A software feature that is commonly used in microsoft office and automatically changes the formatting or appearance of the text to match proper and compatible language or grammar. A good example of this would be spell check.
AutoFit
This is used in microsoft office software so that anything is compatible to the spreadsheet or document so that it is the best fit for the space provided. AutoFit is a standard format for tables, rows, columns and pictures.
Auto Complete
Is a function or feature that is provided by many web browsers using prediction and suggestions when you type. The program predicts a word that the user may type without him/her actually typing the entire word.
Attachment
Is a document picture or anything else of that sort that is attached to an email or forwarded through message to another source.
Animations
An animation is a moving operation that is triggered and depicts a certain function. An example would be the entrance or movement of words in a powerpoint slide

Definition of a Motherboard and Picture
The motherboard is a vital part of the computer it is in charge of connecting all the parts together as well as proccessing data. Components such as the external hard drive and video and memory are usually attached to the motherboard in modern computers.
